I’m DeAndra, Founder and Creative Director for PSA. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca – San Fernando Valley to be exact. I started in the event industry in 2014 as an event designer for weddings and corporate events. After providing exquisite service my clients began to ask me to decorate their intimate celebrations.
Party Shop Avenue launched in 2017 and has now turned into a high-end bespoke balloon decorating company. We have worked with several brands and influencers such as Boohoo, Whitefox, Guess, Ipsy, Sivan Ayla, Joie Chavis, Draymon Green, Makeup by Shayla., Kyrie Irving, Melissa Molinaro and Jessi Malay just to name a few.

Like many others, DeAndra attended many childhood birthday parties for neighborhood friends, classmates, and relatives. She remembers always being fascinated by the decorations at each event. She often dreamt of what her party would look like and how she would decorate with balloons to make it more festive. Today, she’s living her dream.
